By booking an appointment with The Princess Injectors or Skin Princesses at Windermere Medical Spa & Laser Institute, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure the best experience for all our clients and are subject to change.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service should you proceed with the treatment. If you are coming in for a consultation, the deposit will act as your consultation fee. Beauty Bank members are typically exempt from this requirement, as long as they adhere to the Beauty Bank Agreement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so will result in a fee, the amount of which will depend on the service booked and your history with us. If an appointment is missed without notice, future bookings will require a higher deposit and two cards on file.
Your Financial Commitment: You agree to pay in full for services at the time they are provided. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Care Credit. Checks and insurance are not accepted. An active card must be kept on file, and Beauty Bank members are required to update their card information promptly if it changes.
Sales and Return Policy: All sales on services and product packages are final. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days for in-store credit.
Price Guarantee: Prices given during consultations are guaranteed for 30 days. Pre-purchased or banked services must be used within one year of purchase.
Staying In Touch: By becoming our client, you agree to receive communications from us about appointments and promotional offers. You can opt out at any time.
